What is the 30-Day Certification Accelerator Program?
The INPACT Initiative’s 30-Day Certification Accelerator Program (30CAP) is an intensive, hands-on, cohort-style program designed to fast-track small businesses through the certification process and into corporate contract opportunities with Indiana buyers. This no-cost program provides virtual technical assistance, advising, and preparation tools to small businesses, offering them step-by-step instruction to apply for first-time certification through the Indiana Department of Administration. Through a structured timeline that expedites the certification application process, expert coaching, and monitored progress, the 30CAP aims to shorten the distance between corporate buyers and the small business suppliers that offer the valuable goods and services they need most – helping to foster economic growth opportunities for all levels of Hoosier businesses.
The 30-Day Certification Accelerator Program is made possible in partnership with Queen City Women in Business/ProcuraFind (QCWIB). ProcuraFind is a membership-based, supplier sourcing and development platform, and the fastest-growing online development community – responsible for connecting communities of minority business enterprises to major corporations nationwide.
What are the eligibility requirements to apply and get connected to a buyer?
This program is designed to increase participation and utilization of small business suppliers (tier 2 subcontractors) in upcoming corporate contract opportunities with the below buyers. These buyers, or Corporate Stakeholders (CS’s) have pre-defined the target industries and capabilities they are seeking in potential suppliers who are ALSO eligible to be IDOA certified.
Supplier applicants to the 30CAP MUST be in business at least TWO (2) years AND be eligible to be certified as an MBE, MWBE, WBE, or IVOSB with the Indiana Department of Administration.
- Check your eligibility to be IDOA certified here.
- Suppliers with existing, active IDOA certifications are NOT eligible to apply to this program.
- Suppliers with existing, active certifications from OTHER agencies ARE eligible to apply.
Supplier applicants MUST be able to commit to the 30-day accelerator program schedule (see next section below.)
